Coffee Story
This coffee lot is grown by Yiver Vargas and her family at Finca Santa Lucia in Colombia, where the average temperature is 20.5°C and there is a significant day–night temperature variation. Thanks to the farm’s microclimate, the conditions are perfect for producing this sweet and characterful Bourbon.

The Variety
Geisha is a rare and highly prized Arabica coffee variety, originally from the Gesha region of Ethiopia and made famous by the exceptional coffees produced in Panama. Renowned for its distinctive cup profile, it offers delicate floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, complemented by notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Its elegant body, vibrant acidity, and limited production make Geisha one of the most sought-after coffee varieties in the world.
