Cortinovis Coffee Roasters is a roastery specialized in high quality coffee, founded in Milan in 2023.

To fully understand its evolution we must take a leap back to 2015, when Cortinovis Dolci e Gelati inaugurated a new location in Milan in via Giovanni Cena 21, combining ice cream shop, pastry shop and café. The company philosophy is centered on a constant commitment to guarantee high quality in the services offered and, in particular, in the raw materials used. The artisan croissants together with the assortment of coffees are the main attractions of the coffee shop. In the following years, passion and in-depth knowledge of the world of coffee guided the growth path, culminating with the birth of Cortinovis Coffee Roasters in 2023.
