DIFFERENT DRINKS, EMBRACE NATURE

WHAT WE FIGHT FOR
All our coffees are Good, Clean and Fair. Since 2024 we have been the first official Slow Food roaster in Milan and we are proud of it. We are committed to ensuring maximum transparency, telling for each coffee who produced it, where and how.
Our coffees are clean because they are grown with methods that respect nature, avoiding the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. We support regenerative agroforestry practices for soil and biodiversity.
We offer good coffees that provide a rewarding sensory experience, respecting and enhancing the unique characteristics of the terroir in which they are grown, the cultivar used and the processing method.
We promote fair coffees that guarantee decent working conditions and fair pay for all workers in the coffee supply chain, from cultivation to roasting. The price paid to producers reflects the real value of the work and products, supporting local economies and promoting fair trade.
We try to ensure maximum transparency: coffee is first and foremost an agricultural product produced by many hands, and first and foremost by those of farmers. For this reason, on our labels we always try to tell who produced that coffee and where. Sign the COFFEE COALITION manifesto too.

We believe that working in the coffee industry offers everyone a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable smallholder agriculture.
Behind every cup of coffee there are stories to tell that arise on the other side of the world, in often remote and wild areas, where coffee represents a fundamental resource for the livelihood of communities.
Poverty is often widespread in the countries of origin. This is why it is important to pay a fair price that can guarantee decent working conditions and help promote agricultural training and sustainable development projects.
Each coffee is unique and special and the aromas we breathe in the café come from far away and speak of the territory, botanical varieties, processes and agricultural practices which are increasingly oriented towards quality and sustainability, in order to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding nature and enrich the eco system, for example with reforestation practices.
Each sip is born from study and research, to enhance, thanks to roasting, the peculiar traits of each coffee and create a taste capable of making every moment of the day beautiful and pleasant for ourselves and for the people with whom we decide to share it.
We want to respect the raw material, people and the environment to offer our customers high quality coffee, which satisfies the most demanding palates, but at the same time brings as many people as possible closer to the coffee culture.
