COFFEE STORY
Fazenda Dois Irmãos is a family-owned coffee farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, managed by Gabriela Baracat Sanchez, a fourth-generation coffee producer and agronomist.
Grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region, this naturally processed Red Catuaí offers a sweet, well-rounded cup with a creamy texture and full body. Notes of chocolate and hazelnut are complemented by a delicate aroma and a pleasant sweetness reminiscent of ripe cherries.
What makes Fazenda Dois Irmãos particularly special to us is its commitment to regenerative agriculture. The farm is certified by Regenagri, an international programme that promotes agricultural practices focused on improving soil health, protecting biodiversity and supporting more resilient farming systems.
We chose this coffee not only for its comforting flavour profile, but also because Gabriela's approach to farming reflects our belief that great coffee begins with healthy soil, thriving ecosystems and a deep respect for the land.
